🚫 Worst Experience with Starq
I am writing this review after 4 months of use in which machine was barely used 5-6 times. I bought this machine in august & was very happy with the purchase. Initially the machine worked very well & I myself recommended it to my friends, but after using it for 3-4 times it stopped working I raised the issue to the company to which they responded & after diagnosing, the issue came out to be of some switch, they sent the switch & I replaced it as per their instructions also reported them that there is some oil leakage from the machine's gauge monitor to which they responded it is normal.
So after replacing the switch the machine started working but now again after using it for 3-4 time it again stopped working now this time I decided not to use this piece of shit anymore will buy another one, after 3-4 days the guy that guided me with the earlier breakdown texted me with a screenshot of an amazon review saying "Hi sir this is your review?" I read the screenshot someone has given the negative review.
I reported him the issue that I was facing to which he told me to send the machine to them then they will fix it & send it I asked them who will bare the cost of shipment to which they responded I have to pay for one side shipment. I asked them to connect me to your senior official to which they responded they will contact me tomorrow, they never responded, I texted them and in return they stated we already had a discussion I was like when & whom did they had a discussion. I replied back to them that they were supposed to connect me to a senior to which they replied I myself is the senior then I asked someone above you which they straight away send the machine we will fix it.
Now my question is:
Is this the way to respond ?
Why should I pay 300-400 Rs for the shipment?
Why your 8000-9000 product failed twice within the span of 4 months?
If this is the rate of Failure I'll be paying half the price of product for shipment itself within the span of 2 years.
My friend warned me not to buy anything from this company but I did, now I am repenting.
I have already trashed this piece of shit and writing this review to make another buyers aware to think 10 times before buying anything from these guys specially when you have to deal with such people.
Product may fail as it is a machine, with errors comes the perfection but such attitude is not at all acceptable.
